The Blessings Box is located on LCGS’s drive and is replenished daily with nonperishable food, household items, and personal supplies.  Built by Mike Popplewell as his Eagle Scout project, the Blessings Box has become a significant part of the congregation’s ministry to the community. Donations are collected weekly and come not just from members of Good Shepherd but also from our neighbors at Our Lady of the Rosary Roman Catholic Church.

During the summer months fresh produce is also available under the church portico near the main entrance. Vegetables come from members’ gardens and from the Pastor Susan Lynch Memorial garden located adjacent to the church.

If you would like more information or would like to make a donation to the Blessings Box, please contact the church office or drop by any time!
