- Pastor Heidi reported that the Transition Team has been formed and shared an overview of their responsibilities, The team members are: Hank Dermer, Darlene Hoskins, Bob Kuch, Ginny Lozinski, Muriel Rose, Steve and Wendland.
- The Human Resources Task Force reviewed job descriptions for the CYFM position and the Financial Admin position. They will be reviewing all staff positions in the next few months.
- Hank Dermer gave a summary of the items in the Hall Rental Agreement that have been reviewed by Hank, Sue Durborow, and Sandy Haines. This work is ongoing.
- It was agree to invite a representative from Bear Creek Camp to come to Good Shepherd as in the past. A motion was approved to offer a $75 scholarship to all Good Shepherd members who attend Bear Creek in 2023.
- Issues with heating in the church was discussed. The pump and gas valves for the boiler have been repaired. A heating issue at the parsonage was also resolved.
